Sinopsis :

Keindahan daerah terpencil Rocky Branch, Texas, rumah peternak Workley akan menjadi pemandangan yang terkenal secara internasional di internet sebagai The Final. Dane, seorang pelajar yang berkepribadian aneh melakukan balas dendam yang mematikan dan kecenderungan melakukan bunuh diri, memimpin sekelompok orang-orang terbuang merencanakan untuk membalas penghinaan yang dilakukan para pelajar populer di Hohn High School. Sinopsis :

Berawal dari persahabatan 5 pemuda, Ale (Fathir), Jarot (Vino G Bastian), Lukman (Dion Wiyoko), Sadat (Ali Syakieb), dan Jago (Dallas Pratama). Umur yang masih muda, membuat mereka sangat berambisi dan cenderung menggunakan kekerasan dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Ale yang terlihat memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dianggap sebagai leader kelompok ini.

Suatu hari dalam pertandingan sepak bola, mereka terlibat perseteruan dengan kelompok lain. Ale saat itu sedang terdesak, namun Jarot datang menyelamatkannya. Sayang, secara tak sengaja Jarot menusuk lawan dengan pisau. Ale dkk yang panik melihat korban jatuh bersimbah darah, langsung meninggalkan Jarot sendirian.

Akibat perbuatannya, Jarot harus mendekam di dalam penjara seorang diri. Tak ada satu pun sahabat-sahabatnya yang mau peduli. Ia pun merasa telah dikhianati teman-temannya sendiri. Perasaan kecewa dan sakit hati membuat Jarot ingin membalas dendam.

Selepas dari penjara, ia langsung bergabung dengan kelompok Naga Hitam yang notabene musuh dari kelompok Ale dkk. Permasalahan pun semakin rumit. Mulai dari Jarot yang tidak sengaja bertemu adik Ale, Aisya (Fanny Fabriana), perempuan yang dulu pernah ia cintai, hingga perdagangan narkoba antar dua kelompok ini.

Directed by Gao Xixi, the much anticipated series has a budget of over 100 million RMB and is due for release in 2010. The series will feature a total of 80 episodes. Trivia * Jiang Wen was originally signed on for the role of Cao Cao, but quit after two directors had quit the project. * Ken Watanabe had asked director Gao Xixi for the role of Guan Yu. Gao claims he had to reject Watanabe due to his high asking price of 30-40 million RMB. * Tang Guoqiang, who had previously played the role of Zhuge Liang in the original CCTV series, had asked for the role of Cao Cao. However, Chen Jianbin had already signed on for that role. * Chen Shi, a Chinese model and actress, had secured the role of Sun Shangxiang before losing it to Ruby Lin in what the Chinese media had dubbed "The Battle of Sun Shangxiang". Director Gao has promised to recast her Chen in a different role. * Director Gao Xi Xi announced contract with Sha Yi on for the role of Zhao Yun. But in early of September, this role changed into Nie Yuan
